Hit every impossible target I ever had!

Hi Alison

I just wanted to take a moment to wish you a very happy new year and thank you for taking me on as a client last year.

In the middle of everything I was juggling, I didn’t take the time to thank you last year. I  know you said you’d give us a try for a few months and see how things go but I think we should stick together.

 I’d like you to know that I hit every impossible target I had in my brain and that I have never achieved it alone so far. [read more]

I doubled my income from the previous year ( and we did this only since September when you took me on as a client), and I was able to change my business pattern ( doing 90% of my business in the spring and having a deadfall was my #1 stress) and we completely changed this year and today I found out I made medallion and qualified in the top 10% of the industry!!!

This was my biggest and most important goal. As much as I knew that it wasn’t as important as actually making money for me being in the top % of the industry and “getting a seat at that table” was the most important goal to hit in order for my brain to realize It was good enough, that 2019 wasn’t a failure and that I could start January feeling proud and ready to do this all over again. For me being on that list had everything to do with being respected and taken seriously by my peers and now that I’ve achieved that I have even bigger goals for the year and I’m SO ready! I couldn’t have done it without your help. Thank you for taking a chance on me, for believing I could double my income and achieve my goals with the right work. I will never forget you telling me I’m a rockstar but also a problem child and I think this is the best way you could have put it. Knowing I have the potential to kill it but need to work on my flaws, business and systems allowed me to hit my goals and I cannot begin to explain how much lighter I feel coming into this new year. I feel proud for the first time since I started this career.

Being average is over!

I just got home from signing the listing for Salix and all 3 properties we are bringing out this week will be more likely to sell because of our coaching call on Tuesday. Sometimes it’s not knowing what to do, but it’s practising, being prepared and being well trained. That’s the difference in having a great coach. Just wanted to say thank you! What to do

Since I started working at XXXX Realty 6 months ago, I have gone through quite the roller coaster ride of ups (being busy, go go go and energetic) and downs (being slow, uninspired, dragging my heels).
