I’m blessed to do what I love – with great people. So every day I get out of bed and look forward to my day. I don’t have to talk myself into it – I’m there.
Even saying that – not all days are good days. Not all days are filled with calls that are “happy calls”. Some days clients have had to wrestle with lenders who are finally responding to their offer – negatively – one month/three months later. Or a client finds out their next door neighbor and friend listed their property with someone else. Occasionally the dog- the family treasure dies. Or a family member or friend. Occasionally the marketing material goes out after the fact and so that money was wasted. Oops -the computer crashed and everything with it and nothing can been redeemed. There have been days when the crazy unsync-able PDA’s actually eat their contents – another interesting way to lose an entire address book and calendar! And then there are the days – the deal collapses and nothing can be done .
Some days, I know my clients have to wrestle themselves out of bed to take my call and it’s all the energy they could muster up to that point. Some days are just not happy happy days,
And I’m grateful that I – and my clients – have many more happy dance days than not!
And today was really truly one of those -because today every single client was celebrating something!
Today one client accomplished one of their dreams – they bought a spectacular property with some acreage which they will ultimately be sharing with folks as it will be re-designed to showcase and celebrate all kinds of life events from births, weddings, parties, and all kinds of other get-to-gethers. It will engage great chiefs to prep great foods – in an area where the weather is beautiful! His dream – now a reality. Thank you real estate sales!
Today another client did the same thing on a different scale. He bought the car he’s wanted for the last three years. It’s a high end looker – that’s black – with all the bells and whistles – and more ….and he is on cloud nine. He’s never owned a car this expensive and hadn’t really thought he ever would or could. Well done Bruce!
Today another client was celebrating because she broke own record – three deals done in three days! After a dry spell it’s a wonderful day to celebrate her results! And this is no less of an accomplishment than the previous ones! Wow Monica!
Another client is dancing a happy dance because his listing presentation was so strong – he sold an investment property to a group of three investors the day after he was first introduced to them! A first for him – and the investors are delighted with this addition to their portfolio.
One agent had a whole community dancing to his happy dance. He invited them all to a community appreciation party which featured fire trucks, police cars, bouncy castles, hot dogs and hamburgs, face painting, raffles and photo ops. The turnout exceeded expectation plus. The fire trucks had to go to a real fire which only added to the memories. He has created a presence and a face for himself with those neighbors who are already wanting to know when it will be next year!
Today a new client and a brand new agent just did his very first deal – and is he happy!!
It was that kind of day today!
