We are moving through the third quarter of the calendar year and I have to say it seems to me most brokerages seem to be keeping a much closer eye on productivity levels and GCI’s. I’ve begun blogging praises for some of the realtors that I’ve been associated with – praising both accomplishments in the industry and as often – a servant heart that demonstrated itself yet again in some cool aspect. This week I am undone. This week, call after client call, day after day I’ve been pleased, delighted, jumping for joy and shouting a cheer which likely can be heard across the country because this week agent after agent has been reporting outstanding results in terms of production within their offices, within the company and even across the regional districts. I’ve been coaching a long time now and to me this mid year brokerage analysis of numbers is unusual but very welcomed! It’s one thing for the coach to be saying – great job, well done within the confines of a coaching call and in light of goals/accountability that had been executed within our plan but it takes on a more brilliant hue when the context is broadened! And this has been an amazing week of success story upon success story within the broader story!

Larry Muetz – #2 in the Office! Deidra Junghans – Top #1.
Rafael Galiano despite staggering hardships has more properties in escrow – in one of the reportedly worst markets in the US – than ever before!
Shani Kernerman just listed his first 4 Million Dollar Property – ever!!
Julie Morris just sold her first 2.7 Million Dollar Property ever and broke her personal best price point!
Bruce Weiss has so well crafted his listing presentation it’s art and producing success at every turn! This has been a break ahead year for Bruce! Congratulations!
Ahead of goal and revising goals upward? Kudos to Jennifer Warren – Eva Faryna, Jane Crowley, Greg Wong, Pam Whyte, Stephanie Boegeman – on pace and ahead of the game! (And let’s not forget that this year’s goal represents an increase in income over the achievements of last year – despite a good or bad market!! It’s not about the markets!!
And that only highlights a few where the broker has created a broader context!
It’s been exciting and rewarding for me personally – I think I like a mid year celebration instead of a year end awards ceremony. I get to hoot and holler sooner!!
Way to go!! Well done!! Great job!! Keep up the good work gang! You’re doing awesome!
