Player Stats 2011

Tracey –We’ve been together for a couple of years and  so it was time for a check up.  Where did we start and where are we now.  The reason we hooked up was simple.  She couldn’t break $338K.  We broke through the ceiling our first year- and congrats! An  additional 60%  of income to $574K.  The benefits of our second coaching year married with a number of core business changes, resulted in an income just short of a Million $ for 2010.  Very cool!  Market share and Millionaires before 40!  Third year and we’re mid-way through the year and it’s looking like a three-peat!!   Yes – team!!

Jeremy – Wow – second year! He made the Top 5% of all realtors in Edmonton for a second year and he actually moved up the rankings themselves actually this year. I asked him to break down his numbers against the averages which turned out to be an encouraging exercise – He is selling 85% of the homes he lists and the board average is 50.4%, His DOM are 27 and the average in the board is 50 and his sales to list price ratio is 1.8% higher than the average realtor.

Ottlie – was Top realtor in her office this year – a first for her!

Raneen – Broker – Faithfully doing the basics. In addition to executing daily cold/warm prospecting calls – and demonstrating for the office how that’s done she just listed her first 1.5 million dollar property, sold 1.8 million backup.  Without that great boost to her numbers she’s already doubled her income this year.  Another great job!

Jane bringing on a Buyer`s agent- her First BA and an exciting support to her business for 2012 – and congratulations Jane! She ended up as Top Realtor in her brokerage and was ranked 24th in her state rankings in Remax system. Congrats Jane!

Alnoor (Al) -A new realtor in the business is beginning to create a following by posting a Valentines Day Draw for his clients in the social medium.   He’s seen growth in his data base – through the Facebook exposure , Linked in etc. He has been enjoying meeting weekly, consistently, faithfully with at least one person in his COI and business is getting better and better!

Franklyn -no data base, no sales and this was a start all over again agent!   An expensive flyer based program which was costing way more than it produced needed to be changed. At my suggestion, his brokerage provided him with a list of all his deals for the past three years and the process of creating a quantified/qualified data base – began. He got, he did and everybody is now uploaded into a CRM program -plus he was so comfortable with a dialogue formula he called most of them to reintroduce himself! Wow! Lead system needed to be put in place as a result of what that produced! Well done Franklyn. And on to the next part of our plan…

Christopher – The question was initially was How do I pick up the pieces to get back into the business. But my question was… why do you want to pick up the pieces of a transaction chasing based business which means work harder, pedal faster and hope and pray for results when we can take a bit more time to create a better business framework, Now C’s actively putting those processes in place. Plus….he’s been intentionally moving himself out of his comfort zone – he’s restored and renewed and developed new relationships to his own surprise.  He’s watched business flow to him and embraced it!  

Paul -New year and no more flying by the seat of the pants.  For him that means he is taking the bull by the horns -working a routine that works which produced 2 reasonably solid leads immediately and more folks in the pipeline than ever before.  More income paid and more pending $$ deals on the horizon.  Paul is well on his way to his 28% increase over last years income!

Carver – First deal of 2011 – a $5 Million buy with a  $4 Million backup.   Feeling really good about having better people working behind the scenes, and having a structured coaching as part of their accountability. Carver is a cold prospector/farmer – and Marian works the data base – both doing those tasks well.  Another Millionaire $$ year with a Social Media presence and better Web exposure to rocket them into 2012.

Julie -She is Niche developing nicely with a view to Seniors and has her third seniors seminar coming up at the end of this month (Jan).  Well regarded, well supported and informative.  She is going viral….great word of mouth support. Great income potential with this income stream and a crowd this gal really enjoys working with which creates a win-win for everyone!

Pat has taken the plunge to add video testimonials to her site and to that end set up a camera in her office one weekend for folks to come in and record their thoughts about their experiences working with her – She had to leave the room in tears because the things they said were so gracious and kind, she couldn’t stay and watch! It was just an encouraging moment for her -on the heels of a very bad week. This becomes a permanent record for her to enjoy and remember in the days to come! Her clients get to enjoy their visibility …. online!

Arlene – strategically decided on a “come to market” campaign timeline which effectively enabled her to sell a condo in a multiple offer story in a building with many many other like properties available for sale where the other agents had opted to bring them on the market in December. Seller was ecstatic to say the least. She is already ahead of her goal targets for 2011 and we’re only at the second quarter! 

Last years results are to rave about – this year looks like it will be a good year….more or less!
